Be prepared to perform the duties of a licensed real estate professional in Texas! Allied’s Texas Introductory Real Estate Career Training Program uses materials approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) to give you the essential information you need. Prepare for the Texas state exam by fulfilling 210 hours of required real estate education, while also gaining 110 hours of property management training in how to oversee apartment complexes, hotels and motels, and commercial businesses. Start by completing the two program courses from anywhere in the world: TX Real Estate Salesperson License and Professional Property Management. Once you successfully complete the program, you will receive one certificate.
